What are Reward Chips ?
Reward Chips are our new loyalty programme reward. Reward Chips are collected on every purchase at a rate of 5 point per £1 spent. Each point collected can be used for a 1 pence (£0.01) discount on a future order. As an example, a £100.00 order will earn 500 points, which can be redeemed for a £5.00 discount on your next order.
How do I earn Reward Chips?
Simply make a purchase, and ensure you either are logged in, or create an account during checkout. All software and hardware products are included in the scheme, our only exclusions are Services (for example business consultation, web development etc) and Invoice Payments.
Will my Reward Chips expire?
Yes, Your Reward Chips will expire 6 months from the day you earn them, and you will receive an e-mail reminder 14 days before expiration to make sure you remember!
What can I spend my Reward Chips on?
There are no exclusions for spending Reward Chips, any Reward Chips accrued can be deducted off any purchase on our website.
How do I see how many Reward Chips I have?
Simply visit your My Account page, then select ‘My Reward Chips ’ for a current total.
Will I receive a physical loyalty card?
No, all Reward Chips are linked to your account and e-mail address and a physical card is not necessary.
I forgot to login and made a purchase, is it too late to have them added?
Not at all, in fact they may have been added automatically. If the e-mail address used in checkout matches your account e-mail, our system will automatically assign the Reward Chips to you. Please login, check your Reward Chips total under “My Account”, if your points still aren’t showing then please contact us.
I’m missing some Reward Chips, what do I do?
No problem, use our contact us form, and we will investigate, making any appropriate adjustments as necessary.
Do I have to make an account to earn Reward Chips?
Yes, in order for you to collect and redeem Reward Chips you need to make an account.
I made a purchase at the UntangleIT.tech eBay shop, can I add the Reward Chips on?
Due to the added costs of selling via eBay, and the limitations of the platform we do not routinely offer Reward Chips on eBay. However, from time to time and at our discretion we may offer bonus Reward Chips to customers based on their previous eBay purchases.
Is the Reward Chips programme permanent?
We have no plans to end the programme. If that is to change, then our intention would be to allow remaining Reward Chips to be spent so that no customer loses out.
We do however, reserve the right to amend, suspend or discontinue the scheme without notice. In that event, we will contact you and give you the option to spend any accrued points, or donate them to charity.
In the unlikely event factors outside our control cause the loss of points (i.e. natural disaster, catastrophic IT failure, Reward Chips heist) then we will work out an estimated value of points held at that time and make a donation of that value to a charitable organisation of our choice.
